With my upgrade to WordPress 2.7 I found it a little disturbing that I KNEW I had been blogging since 2005 but had nothing to prove it. This was because I killed the database back in May and could never be bothered to sort out the re-uploading of it.

Well, I have upgraded to WordPress 2.7 (Dave – call me, when NEED to upgrade you!) and changed the theme yet again. Carrington was ok, but this is (I think) better.
We’ll see! Not played with 2.7’s new dashboard yet, but like the “quickpress” option from the homepage of the dashboard

I knew that version 2.2 of WordPress was available, but as ever I was delaying a few days before doing it to see what problems I was likely to have.

So, after a couple of hours of nerve wracking not-able-to-get-to-the-bloody-server action, I have got WP2.0 running.
You’ll see no difference, but I will and it means that I can run the latest version of a couple of plugins that offer extra facilities to make the site even more Gucci.
