I was with Dreamhost for 3 months. I have been with Bluehost for 2 years and just signed up for another 2. Enough said. Bluehost also supports Habari (PHP5, PDO).

A Small Orange is the company I use and I've been generally very happy with them. I use their 'Tiny' plan, which only costs $25 a year. If you need more than the 3GB bandwidth or 75MB disc space the 'Tiny' offers, why not also take a look at Hosting Unlimited (http://www.hosting-unlimited.net) which is the company we use at work. They use the same basic infrastructure, but have different plans; their 'Standard' is £22.95 a year and is a big step up from A Small Orange's 'Tiny'.

I've used both of these firms for quite some time now and have never had any serious issues with either. Small Orange's servers went through a period a few weeks ago where they were down intermittantly, but never for very long, and sometimes Hosting Unlimited take longer than I would like to answer queries but that's about it. Compared to Business Serve/Legend/Thus/Demon which is another ISP I have used at work, both A Small Orange and Hosting Unlimited are excellent.
