WP Mandatory Upgrade

I knew that version 2.2 of WordPress was available, but as ever I was delaying a few days before doing it to see what problems I was likely to have.

Well, Mark Jaquith (one of TPTB@WordPress) released a post that says 2.2 is a mandatory upgrade if you’re currently using 2.1.3, although there’s no explanation as to why.

Bugger. I guess I should get on with it tonight then…

I upgraded mine to 2.2 just a minute ago without any problems, the plugins and widgets seem to be AOK.
