We went over to take a few piccies of the Millenium Tower at Gunwharf and were quite happily snapping away when two security guards wandered over and mentioned that we shouldn’t be taking photos. Apparently it’s private property and we should have asked permission from Management before shooting. These two were the second lot to approach us. The first one just said “nice cameras, wish I could afford one”.
We’d only been there an hour and a half and already shot around 150 photos. I had just taken my last shot when I got told to stop…
I’ll post the results up when I have processed the shots.
Something I have just noticed is that on the Gunwharf Website home page there’s not a single photo of the site’s biggest attraction!

This happened to me many a time in West Quay during many Photography lessons. I think its quite common policy no days. They told me it was to do with all the problems with bombings etc…..
Like anyone wants to blow up West Quay…
I’ve just realised that made no sense.
I blame this stupid keyboard! Damm I wish I had a PC– don’t tell anyone!
Awesome! Sounds fun. Must go out for a night-shooting with you soon Collin, Gunwharf again? :)
That sounds good Daze. I was going to mention that last night then completely forgot before I left!
