GooTube?

Sounds gross doesn’t it! Rumours are rife that Google is in early acquisition talks with YouTube. The most commonly mentioned amount is $1.6bn US. For a company that only launched in January 2005, that’s non-too shabby. What’s the matter Google, don’t like the competition?

I wonder they’ll they’ll go after PornoTube next? I don’t think I need to explain the basis of that site!

For the record I prefer Google Video to YouTube as the interface is faster for uploading.
