Minis By The Sea, Worthing, 13 August 2006
Well, we made it there and made it back! This is only the fourth show I’ve been to this year, and the first in the Mini!
It’s a great little show, free entry, nice and relaxed, by the sea (duh!) and there’s a few traders there if you want shiny bits. :)
Some may have heard me mention the Mini I have in the garage that I want to “Shorty”. For those that don’t know what a Shorty is, look at this:
That’s a Shorty! Mine is going to be a different colour, will probably have straight sides instead of the cutout by the driver, 10″ wheels, different arches and flames painted up the side. You get the idea though! You can see more photos from the day by clicking through to my Flickr account.

I only had a vague image in my head when you described it to me, but that is just so cool.
You could almost pick it up and pop in in your pocket!
